Qatar Airways is expanding its freighter destinations in March and the newly added cities are Budapest, Ho Chi Minh City and Prague. Thanks to these new additions, now Qatar Airways have six freighter destinations in Asia-Pacific region and 14 in the European region. Now delivery of air cargo to Pakistan China, India and other Asian country is more feasible.
With 120 tonnes of cargo capacity, an A330F will be flying twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays between Doha and Ho Chi Minh. In daily passenger flights to Ho Chi Minh, these planes will be carrying additional 72 tonnes on weekly basis as belly-hold cargo. Vietnam is becoming a major influencer in footwear, handicrafts and garments exporter to the United States and European market, and that’s the major reason why Qatar Airways Cargo has started air cargo services Ho Chi Minh City.
